Luis was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing from start to finish and asked several questions to be sure he was addressing all my concerns. He cleaned carpets that hadn’t been cleaned in many years, as well as my kitchen tile floor and stone dining room floor. They all turned out beautifully. I have two dogs and one had been very sick which caused bowel issues, leaving a nasty smell in the carpet, no matter what I did. I couldn’t remove all the stains either. After Luis finished, the smell was completely gone, as well as the stains. It’s been 8 days and the smell has not returned. I highly recommended Zerorez® and I will be using them again.

My carpet was EXTREMELY soiled from 4 dogs and a muddy yard. You can’t even tell it was once soiled. They did a great job. Won’t wait 7 years before having it cleaned again. I highly recommend. The guys were really nice and did a fantastic job.

A Specialized Method
In many cases, our standard Zerorez® carpet cleaning process may be all that is needed. In more severe cases, when the urine soaks through the carpet backing into the padding, we have a specialized method to remove these difficult pet odors and stains through a pad extraction procedure.
Unfortunately, in some cases the problem is extremely severe, encompassing the sub floor and tack strips. In this situation, our technician may recommend carpet/pad replacement provided by a third party carpet repair professional.
